Yasco International Refund Policy

At Yasco International, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not, we’re happy to assist with a refund where applicable.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Refunds are applicable within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Certain items, including medical devices like Otoscope Sets, Ophthalmoscope Sets, Stethoscopes, and Equine Dentistry Instruments, may not be eligible for refunds unless defective or damaged.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Customized products or items that have been used.
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts.
  • Any product not returned within the 30 Days refund window.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a refund, please send an email to Yascointernational3@gmail.com with your order number, details of the item, and the reason for your refund request.
  2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Approval

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If rejected, we will inform you of the reason (e.g., the item is not in its original condition).

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned after the 30 Days return window has passed but are still within a reasonable timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Yascointernational3@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will assist with arranging a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.

Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
