At Yasco International, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a Hassel Free 30 days return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Certain products, such as medical devices and hygiene items, may not be eligible for returns due to health and safety regulations.

Non-returnable items include but are not limited to:

  • Otoscope Sets (unless defective)
  • Ophthalmoscope Sets (unless defective)
  • Stethoscopes (unless defective)
  • Equine Dentistry Instruments (unless defective)

Process for Returns:

  1. Contact Us: If you would like to initiate a return, please email us at yascointernational3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning your item.
  3. Shipping the Return: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

  • Items with signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error may only qualify for a partial refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at yascointernational3@gmail.com, and we will assist you further.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within Three Days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost.

Exceptions

Some items may be final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. These exceptions will be clearly indicated in the product description.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
